About the Role

Oversee the daily operations of a team of Data Centre Associates, support the installation of server racks, hardware components, and cabling, and organize, inspect, and track incoming materials and equipment. Ensure compliance with work instructions, safety standards, and internal procedures, and serve as the first point of contact for operational topics, communicating with internal teams, clients, and vendors.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of a team of Data Centre Associates by assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring work is completed efficiently, safely, and on time.
  • Actively support the installation of server racks, hardware components, and cabling, while guiding the team through more complex technical activities.
  • Organize, inspect, and track incoming materials and equipment while ensuring accurate inventory records and supporting stock checks and replenishment processes.
  • Ensure compliance with work instructions, safety standards, and internal procedures while continuously identifying potential improvements.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for operational topics, communicate with internal teams, clients, and vendors, and resolve challenges in a pragmatic and solution-oriented way.

Requirements

  • Experience in logistics, warehouse operations, technical environments, or ideally in data center operations.
  • Initial leadership experience.
  • Structured work approach and ability to prioritize daily tasks.
  • Familiarity with warehouse, inventory, or operational systems.
  • Experience in handling tools.
  • Basic understanding of hardware, rack installation, and cabling.
  • Very good English skills for confident communication in a daily work environment.
  • Responsible, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
