About the Role

Support the P2P Manager in ensuring all month end, quarter end and year end procedures are completed in line with agreed timetables. Pay all GNM suppliers and contributors accurately and on time against approved purchase orders and coding. Carry out rolling reviews on aged creditors and invoices on hold. Assist with the new supplier process and contribute towards the team reaching expected SLAs for the P2P team email inbox.

Responsibilities

  • Support the P2P Manager in ensuring all month end, quarter end and year end procedures are completed in line with the agreed timetables, including Fusion close, balance sheet reconciliations and KPI metrics.
  • Pay all GNM suppliers and contributors accurately and on time against approved purchase orders and coding, in line with our company payment terms, following the timely and accurate matching of PO’s/invoices.
  • Carry out rolling reviews on aged creditors and invoices on hold, ensuring problematic supplier accounts are managed effectively.
  • Assist with the new supplier process, ensuring adherence to purchasing due diligence and all P2P policies.
  • Contribute towards the team reaching expected SLA’s for the P2P team email inbox and dealing with all related supplier and contributor queries.
  • Assist with month end preparation, helping the business to clear any invoicing issues.
