About the Role
As an Office Manager, you will ensure the smooth running of all organizational and administrative tasks in our Berlin-Kreuzberg office. You will be a competent point of contact for employees and guests, ensuring a positive work environment. Through research and creative ideas, you will make our office a safe and comfortable place. You will manage current inventory of beverages and office supplies, and handle new offers and orders. You will support the preparation and execution of internal and external events such as meetups, trade fairs, and Christmas parties. You will actively shape office management processes and independently drive internal projects.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the smooth running of all organizational and administrative tasks in our Berlin-Kreuzberg office.
- Act as a competent point of contact for employees and guests, ensuring a positive work environment.
- Make our office a safe and comfortable place through research and creative ideas.
- Manage current inventory of beverages and office supplies, and handle new offers and orders.
- Support the preparation and execution of internal and external events such as meetups, trade fairs, and Christmas parties.
- Actively shape office management processes and independently drive internal projects.
Requirements
- Willingness to work between 35 and 40 hours per week.
- Successfully completed commercial training or comparable qualification.
- First professional experience in office management, front desk, or tourism.
- Familiarity with the processes of a modern office.
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
- Online affinity and confident use of standard MS Office programs.
- Openness towards colleagues and guests, strong communication skills, and a friendly and confident demeanor.
- Strong team spirit, ability to work independently and responsibly.
- Enjoyment in shaping processes and workflows, with organizational skills.
