About the Role

As an AI Consultant, you will guide clients in adopting Artificial Intelligence. You will identify use cases, develop solutions, and support implementation, playing a key role in projects from analysis to deployment. Your goal is to optimize processes and prepare companies for the future using technology.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze business processes and identify potential for AI implementation.
  • Develop innovative AI use cases and advise on suitable solutions with clients.
  • Design and develop Proof of Concepts (PoCs), MVPs, and production-ready AI solutions.
  • Integrate AI workflows, automations, and AI services into existing system landscapes.
  • Work with modern technologies like Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and other AI platforms.
  • Evaluate data sources for quality, availability, and suitability for AI applications.
  • Conduct tests, ensure solution quality, and continuously optimize them.
  • Ensure data privacy, governance, and compliance requirements in AI solution development.
  • Document solutions and support knowledge transfer within the team and with clients.

Requirements

  • Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Science, or comparable qualification.
  • Experience in the conception and implementation of AI or data solutions.
  • Good knowledge in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Prompt Engineering.
  • Experience with AI platforms and integration or automation solutions.
  • Good understanding of data architectures, data management, and data quality.
  • Ideally, experience with agile working methods.
  • Analytical thinking and a structured, solution-oriented approach.
  • Enjoyment of client consulting and developing innovative solutions.
  • Very good German skills (at least C1) and good English skills (at least B2).
