Responsibilities
- Perform front of house contractor/tenant liaison meetings and/or discussions regarding repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting of building systems.
- Repair, maintain, and troubleshoot flooring, carpeting, painting, plastering, drywall, wall coverings, appliances, windows, doors, electrical systems, domestic water plumbing, sewage plumbing, gas plumbing, and boilers.
Requirements
- Basic to advanced knowledge and the ability to repair, maintain, and troubleshoot various building systems and components.
- Capability to perform front of house contractor/tenant liaison meetings and/or discussions.
