About the Role
As a (Senior) Product Designer (f/m/d), you will shape the end-to-end customer journey—designing seamless experiences across digital and physical touchpoints while aligning teams and ensuring consistency and quality.
Responsibilities
- Lead customer experience from initial inspiration to post-trip, mapping and continuously improving every touchpoint across passengers, crew, and back-office operations.
- Design, develop, and ship cohesive experiences across digital and physical product lines, combining user research with strong product vision.
- Turn the complexity of night train operations like scheduling, logistics, and partner integrations, into consistent, and seamless user experiences.
- With a holistic view across all touchpoints, proactively identify gaps and inconsistencies, resolving them before they become costly problems.
Requirements
- Around 5+ years of experience in product design, service design, UX design.
- Experience in hospitality, mobility or consumer services are a strong plus.
- Aesthetically-oriented thinker who can empathise with a wide range of customers and users.
- Thinks in journeys and systems, comfortable mapping a service blueprint as well as challenging interaction flow.
- Communicates with clarity and conviction, able to align product, engineering and operations around a shared experience vision.
- Thrives in cross-functional roles, whether it’s shadowing crews over night or untangling a complicated backend-workflow.
- Fluent English is required; additional languages are a plus.
