About the Role

Responsibilities
- Convey a positive impression of HUGO BOSS by delivering exceptional shopping experiences.
- Showcase the brand through exciting merchandise presentations.
- Execute operational strategies to achieve positive operating profits.
- Utilize effective communication skills for customer service, business driving, and problem-solving.
- Achieve positive personal sales results through relationship selling and client base building.
- Ensure standard operating procedures and policies are executed and followed.
- Cultivate community relationships through personal involvement, PR events, and advertising.
- Assist in implementing Health & Safety policy and operational procedures.
- Follow and implement local laws/regulations and HUGO BOSS standards regarding Health & Safety.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of Specialty Retail Sales experience
- Strong customer service and selling experience
- Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, entrepreneurial
- Strong business acumen, communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of taste and sophistication consistent with the HUGO BOSS lifestyle philosophy
