About the Role

At EY-Parthenon, you will support CEOs, executives, and private equity firms in transaction-based transformations, from initial strategic thinking to successful implementation. You will work on groundbreaking projects across various industries, focusing on strategy realignment, optimization, transformative deals, and restructurings. Requirements

Currently in at least the 4th semester of a Bachelor's program, a Master's student, or possess initial professional experience.
Creativity, IT affinity, organizational talent, and/or a visionary mindset with an interest in strategy and transaction consulting.
A proactive attitude and motivation for change.
Ambition to position yourself as a woman in consulting.
