About the Role
As an Analyst, you will work across various infrastructure funds managed by InfraRed, supporting transactions and investment opportunities with a primary focus on the Americas.
Responsibilities
- Support the origination and execution of infrastructure and energy investment opportunities.
- Perform financial modeling and analysis.
- Assist in managing and reviewing due diligence and structuring work-streams.
- Prepare presentations of investment opportunities for the investment committee.
- Provide analytical and research support for competitor analysis and market reviews.
- Conduct in-depth examination of the investment portfolio to identify savings and value enhancements.
- Support portfolio management and asset management teams with valuations and financial model updates.
- Update fund forecast models for future projections and business planning.
- Collaborate with portfolio management, capital formation, and asset management teams.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of infrastructure or energy experience from an investment bank, project finance advisor, developer, industrial sponsor, infrastructure fund, and/or lending institution.
- Demonstrable strong academic record.
- Analytically rigorous and detail-oriented, particularly with numerical analysis, written reports, and legal documentation.
- Proficient in financial modeling with an eye for accuracy.
- Strong commitment to learning.
- Ability to manage several simultaneous initiatives and deliver work to agreed deadlines.
- Able to synthesize complex matters effectively and concisely.
- Able to grasp key commercial drivers for existing assets and new transactions.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and AI tools.
- Solution-oriented and keen to use personal initiative.
- Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
