About the Role

Join the U.K.'s largest independent property services group as a Senior Lettings Negotiator in our flagship Canary Wharf office. This role offers an exciting opportunity to play a key part in a high-performing branch, delivering exceptional service and driving business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct property viewings
  • Build and manage strong relationships with landlords
  • Support the Branch Manager in securing new instructions and winning new business
  • Identify opportunities to grow the portfolio
  • Negotiate successful deals
  • Liaise with prospective tenants and arrange property viewings
  • Negotiate offers and agree new tenancies
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
  • Assess and value properties for the market
  • Market properties to tenants utilizing various marketing skills
  • Generate new and repeat business
  • Canvass the local area
  • Door knocking and leaflet dropping
  • Ensure properties adhere to health and safety standards

Requirements

  • A minimum of two years experience within Residential Lettings, including listings/valuations experience
  • Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
  • Works well with others to create a team spirit and an enjoyable working environment
  • A reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Ability to work under own initiative
  • Good telephone manner
  • Strong IT skills (Basic Microsoft Packages)
  • Attention to detail
  • Ideally, an understanding of current legislation related to Residential Lettings
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (in accordance with the Immigration Asylum and Nationality Act 2006)
  • Provide evidence of right to work in the UK (Passport/Birth Certificate)
  • Provide Proof of Address
  • Provide National Insurance
  • Provide Drivers Licence Check

  • Complete on-target earnings exceeding £45000 per year
