About the Role

Bring your practical expertise to support the implementation of our invoice auditing software for private health and supplementary insurance companies. Understand business processes, analyze customer requirements, and collaborate with the team to develop solutions and ensure they are effectively implemented in our software.

Responsibilities

• Support the introduction of our invoice auditing software for private health and supplementary insurance companies with practical expertise.
• Engage with customer business processes related to medical billing, analyze their requirements, and document them systematically.
• Collaborate with the team to develop suitable solutions and assist in mapping business requirements within our software.
• Accompany customers with business-related questions and help them optimize their use of the software.
• Work closely with team members from consulting, development, and product management to ensure business changes are implemented understandably and practically.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in insurance (ideally with experience in claims or invoice processing), medical field, or pharmacy, possibly combined with further education in billing.
• Familiarity with medical billing processes (e.g., from a doctor's office, pharmacy, private health insurance, or similar environment).
• Knowledge of fee schedules like GOÄ, GOZ, PZN, etc., is advantageous.
• Enjoy working with software and understanding business processes to map them into an IT solution.
• Possess an interest in digital solutions and IT affinity.
• Work carefully, recognize connections, and approach issues systematically.
• Willingness to learn new topics.
• Enjoy collaborating with people, approach others openly, and like to contribute expertise and learn new things.
• Very good German language skills (at least C1 level) are required for the role.
