About the Role
We are seeking a confident, customer-focused Neighbourhood Response Officer to manage properties in the North London region. This role involves assisting central teams with customer visits, sign-up appointments, and investigating tenancy breaches and anti-social behaviour. You will collaborate with teams, agencies, and residents to ensure Clarion Neighbourhoods are clean and safe, identify improvements, and investigate tenancy breaches. The role also includes developing neighbourhood plans, local offers, and working with resident groups on community facilities, activities, and events. You will be responsible for maintaining clean and tidy estates, reporting fly-tipping, and monitoring grounds maintenance, requiring regular travel across local regions.
Responsibilities
- Assist centrally based teams by completing customer visits
- Complete viewing and sign-up appointments
- Identify and investigate tenancy breaches
- Identify and investigate reports of anti-social behaviour
- Ensure that Clarion Neighbourhoods are clean and safe
- Identify improvements
- Investigate breaches of tenancy
- Develop and deliver neighbourhood plans
- Develop and deliver local offers
- Work with local resident groups to develop local community facilities, activities and events
- Ensure that the estates you manage are clean and tidy
- Ensure that the estates you manage are free from health and safety risks
- Report fly tipping
- Monitor the grounds maintenance
Requirements
- Ability to travel across regions as required
- Expected to work from the office three days per week
- Required to reside in England or Wales for the duration of your employment
- Must be eligible to work in the UK
- Subject to Basic Criminal Record Check Clearance
