About the Role

Responsibilities
- Onboarding new clients into Lloyds Wealth.
- Supporting clients through their initial interactions.
- Delivering tailored, holistic advice across protection, investment, and long-term planning needs.
- Managing the client journey through the early stages (typically first three months).
- Ensuring a seamless handover to the ongoing advice team.
- Contributing to a collaborative, client-focused culture.
- Maintaining the highest professional and regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning.
- A strong track record of providing high-quality financial advice to clients.
- Significant experience conducting client meetings and creating tailored financial plans.
- Broad technical knowledge across financial planning, including protection, investments, and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build trust quickly and create a positive client experience.
- A client-first mindset, with a strong focus on Consumer Duty and delivering good client outcomes.
- Confidence working virtually with clients by phone or video.
- Ability to manage a large and varied workload while maintaining attention to detail.

- London: £76,000- £84,000
- Plus uncapped performance-related bonus
