About the Role

As a Founders Associate, you will work directly with the two founders, taking on significant business development responsibilities from day one. You will be closely involved in key decisions and will drive the growth of Acoustic Index. This role has a clear objective: the French market.

Responsibilities

• Open the French market, acting as the primary contact for French manufacturers, design offices, and acousticians.
• Identify and proactively contact suitable manufacturers to bring new companies into contact with Acoustic Index.
• Secure initial meetings for the founders and maintain a well-managed and actively followed-up pipeline.
• Methodically expand the target list in France and beyond, identifying key contacts.
• Meticulously document each contact and maintain an overview of the pipeline within the CRM.

Requirements

• Native French speaker with excellent English proficiency.
• Proficiency in using AI tools as an integral part of your workflow.
• Currently pursuing studies in engineering, building engineering, business, economics, or a related field.
• Technical curiosity and an understanding of measurement data are beneficial.
• Acoustics knowledge is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with individuals and companies independently and conversing with leaders and CEOs.
• Autonomous and hands-on approach, willing to take on significant responsibility.
• Previous internship experience (1-4) is a plus but not mandatory.
• Must be enrolled in an institution that can provide an internship agreement, including for international internships.

Salary/Compensations

• 1,000 EUR per month plus 10% of the first-year contract value for each deal signed.
