About the Role
W London is seeking passionate, playful, audacious, and polished individuals to join their team at The Perception Bar & W Lounge. This role involves supervising beverage and food service, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction, and contributing to a vibrant and memorable scene.
Responsibilities
- Supervise beverage and food service, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional guest satisfaction.
- Be flexible to work with other departments.
- Train new talent, ensuring high standards of service and product knowledge.
- Assist with beverage and food management duties as needed, maintaining service standards.
- Show guests our Whatever/Whenever service and personalize it to create memorable experiences.
- Handle guest inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with other B&F Management/Director of Quality with improving service quality and efficiency.
- Put guests at the center of everything, undertaking any task that creates an unforgettable experience.
- Uphold health and safety standards in compliance with company policies and regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Beverage & Food Supervisor or similar experience.
- Experience in delivering high-quality customer service.
- Minimum intermediate level use of MS Office (Word, Excel).
- Must have the right to work and live in the UK.
Skills
- Food Safety/Food Hygiene qualification Level 2 or equivalent.
- Food Allergen Management Certification.
- Strong knowledge of Beverage & Food, such as latest drinks and stock management.
