About the Role
As an Objektleiter:in, you will work in a team with other Objektleiter:innen and play a central role in planning and implementing measures for the structural and technical maintenance of our swimming pools. Together, you will manage the technical operation of the facilities. In close cooperation with the pool operations managers, you will ensure the functionality, safety, and operational readiness of the building and process technology as well as the structural facilities and contribute to the continuous optimization of the technical facility operation.
Responsibilities
- Support the "Technical Maintenance" team in planning and coordinating annual and periodic maintenance and inspection work.
- Initiate the analysis and elimination of technical faults.
- Regularly check the operating parameters of the facilities and compare them with the building management system.
- Actively participate in the optimization of building and process technology facilities.
- Plan the deployment of the "Technical Service", instruct and train employees, and provide technical support.
- Support the Technical Maintenance and Technical Development teams in warranty tracking and monitoring defect rectification.
- Act as the central point of contact for the technical operation of building and process technology facilities in your assigned region.
Requirements
- Completed further training as a state-certified technician or master craftsman in electrical engineering, or possess a comparable qualification or equivalent skills and experience.
- Ideally possess in-depth, practice-oriented knowledge in the construction and functioning of swimming pool water treatment systems, as well as in heating, ventilation, and/or sanitary technology and/or building construction.
- Preferably have knowledge and experience in handling building management systems.
- Possess relevant knowledge of technical standards and legal requirements.
