About the Role

You will support our doctors in nursing facilities by taking on medically responsible tasks within the scope of delegation. You will organize and prepare doctor's visits, from billing and issuing prescriptions and orders to careful documentation and coordination of further treatment steps. You will ensure a smooth flow of information by actively shaping interdisciplinary, IT-supported communication (e.g., via VPN, KIM, SILO). You will routinely perform blood draws and vaccinations and undertake other delegable diagnostic and therapeutic activities as ordered by a doctor.

Responsibilities

Take on medically responsible tasks within the scope of delegation.
Organize and prepare doctor's visits, including billing, issuing prescriptions and orders, documentation, and coordinating treatment steps.
Ensure smooth information flow through active participation in interdisciplinary, IT-supported communication.
Perform blood draws and vaccinations.
Undertake other delegable diagnostic and therapeutic activities as ordered by a doctor.

Requirements

Completed vocational training as a Medical Assistant (m/f/d) or Health and Nursing Caregiver / Professional Nurse (m/f/d).
Ideally, completed NäPA qualification or willingness to obtain one.
Confident experience in blood draws and vaccinations.
Enjoy working in a team, be well-organized and structured, and able to complete tasks independently and responsibly.
Openness and willingness to work with a modern IT environment.
Professional, friendly demeanor, discretion, and respectful manners are a given.
Very good communication and cooperation skills in an interdisciplinary setting.
A driver's license class B is desirable.
