About the Role

We are seeking individuals with customer service experience or a passion for working in the fast-paced football environment. The ideal candidate will be well-presented, engaging, and committed to ensuring guests have a smooth entry to the stadium while prioritizing safety and security.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent service to Home and Away supporters.
  • Attend match briefings to understand ticketing arrangements.
  • Ensure the area around the turnstile is clear and operates freely.
  • Report any obstructions, hazards, or found articles to the Stand Supervisor immediately.
  • Reconcile turnstile admits and complete the turnstile docket.
  • Operate the ticket scanning device correctly.
  • Attend required counting procedures after turnstile closure.
  • Comply with instructions from the Stand Supervisor.
  • Perform other duties as required by the line manager.
  • Uphold and promote the Club’s policies and procedures, including Health and Safety, Safeguarding, and Equal Opportunities.

  • Polite and courteous demeanor.
  • Must undergo a comprehensive background check, including an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
