About the Role

Under direct supervision, this role assists Systems Technicians in performing various tasks and material handling, including using power tools, running cable, and installing basic electrical components and pathways.

Responsibilities

  • Uses power tools to drill holes for routing cable or wire
  • Runs wire or cable according to job specifications
  • Installs basic electrical components including receptacles, switches, etc.
  • Assists with installation of pathways and cabling
  • Complies with all company and customer safety policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Prior mechanical, farming, low-voltage electrical, HS trades, or related military experience a plus
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) background check
  • Successfully pass MVR check when responsibilities require operating motor vehicles
  • Successfully pass drug-test as may be required per federal or client contract, or DOT policy
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without current or future need for employer sponsorship
