About the Role
Responsible for overall program management, including strategy, project management, and negotiations with key partners and stakeholders. This role supports Commercial Deposits change management and continuous improvement of business operations.
Responsibilities
- Project management for new business initiatives, liquidity management, program management, deposit strategy, and fee generation.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of business management tasks, including employee onboarding/offboarding, asset management, and BCP.
- Collaborate with CRE on occupancy and floor planning.
- Coordinate cross-team requests and deliverables with GRM.
- Execute Yearly Plan and Forecasting, including budget review, analysis, and definition.
- Track and follow up on outstanding financial queries.
- Perform Monthly Financial Reporting.
- Ensure consistent execution of day-to-day operations and administrative functions.
- Identify and execute cost savings and efficiencies.
- Manage GRM’s strategic management of current and forecasted corporate real estate (CRE) requirements globally.
- Coordinate Enterprise Risk events such as town halls and leadership meetings/events.
- Provide management reporting to Finance and HR regarding HR & Financial impacts for Enterprise Risk.
- Plan and develop agendas for bi-weekly Enterprise Risk Senior Management Meetings and coordinate action items.
- Support cost management & optimization initiatives (Technology, Spend, CRE, Telecom).
- Conduct Spend analysis and process improvements for overall GRM business operations.
- Act as key contact for BCP activities and approvals to ensure appropriate GRM BCP coverage and processes.
- Implement and monitor GRM’s Compliance and privacy programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of strategy development, project management, and working with senior leaders.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
- Ability to resolve complex problems with minimal guidance.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Excellent project and program planning and managerial skills.
- Extensive industry/business knowledge.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management.
- Must be able to capture and critically evaluate gaps and regulatory requirements and translate them into working solutions.
- Must have the ability to speak to all levels of management and colleagues across the organization.
- Must be able to get work done through others, influence, and prioritize.
- Ability to set and develop strategic goals and techniques for a program and effectively communicate them to all program team members.
- Proactive work style used to consistently communicate project status, issues, and completion plans.
- PMP - Project Management Professional - Preferred.
- Experience within Enterprise Policy - Preferred.

- $101,231 - $172,355 per year
