About the Role

Responsibilities
- Support, organize, mentor, and train kitchen team members.
- Prepare and present food to a high standard, maintaining product and menu knowledge.
- Ensure quality, portion control, and adherence to recipes.
- Maintain compliance with Food Safety, COSHH, Health & Safety, hygiene, allergen, and company policies.
- Accurately complete temperature records, allergen documentation, and cleaning schedules.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in kitchen areas and equipment.
- Support the Head Chef with ordering, stock control, costing, and budget maintenance.
- Supervise and support casual team members.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to complaints promptly.
- Report and take action on operational issues, including equipment faults and safety concerns.
- Take a proactive, professional approach and promote the company positively.
- Carry out any other reasonable duties requested by management.
Requirements
- Previous experience of working in a kitchen.
- Passion for food.
- Focused on the front line.
- Genuine interest in customer service excellence.
- Team player.

- 40 Hours Per Week
- Monday to Friday
