  • Own the commercial performance of your region, delivering sustainable growth across sales, profitability and productivity.
  • Use insight, data and market knowledge to identify opportunities and respond quickly to changing customer behaviors.
  • Develop regional strategies that maximize performance while protecting the Urban Outfitters brand and customer experience.
  • Encourage entrepreneurial thinking within stores, empowering teams to take ownership of local opportunities.

  • Protect and elevate the Urban Outfitters brand experience through outstanding execution and storytelling.
  • Champion customer feedback and use insights to continually improve the in-store experience.
  • Lead stores to deliver operational excellence across all key metrics including payroll, stock management, compliance and asset protection.
  • Simplify ways of working, enabling stores to focus on customers and their teams.
  • Hold teams accountable through clear expectations, coaching and performance conversations.
  • Be a visible leader who inspires change and embraces innovation.
  • Partner with the Head of Retail to deliver strategic priorities across the business.
  • Share best practice across regions and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
