About the Role
CARIAD is the automotive software company of the Volkswagen Group, developing software platforms and digital customer functions for brands like Audi, Volkswagen, and Porsche. We are seeking an intern or working student for the 'Risk and Business Continuity Management' project to support our central risk management team in creating transparency for leadership by assisting employees in identifying and managing risks. We develop and integrate risk management processes, methods, and tool solutions, adapting them to various operating models and collaborating with all departments and subsidiaries to support management decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Review business impact analyses, continuity strategies, and tests of business continuity plans.
- Evaluate and assess new risk management solutions, including process updates, methods, and tools.
- Support the risk management team in preparing and conducting workshops internally and with partners.
- Assist in introducing new risk management tools and visualizations to improve workflows and establish new routines.
- Identify user needs, derive requirements and key results, and integrate them into a structured backlog.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Finance, Risk Management, Economics, Business Administration, or Information Technology/Software Development.
- Fluent German and English language skills.
- Strong analytical understanding.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Ability to approach tasks in a structured and independent manner.
