About the Role
Join our Enterprise Strategy & Transformation team to shape the future of global commerce. This role partners with senior stakeholders to define priorities, solve cross-functional challenges, and drive execution by identifying opportunities to improve performance, streamline processes, and enhance customer outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Work across core business systems and processes to ensure effective day-to-day operations.
- Investigate issues, identify root causes, and contribute to sustainable improvements.
- Build a strong understanding of data, systems, and process connections across the business.
- Analyze data and stakeholder input to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Translate analysis into clear, practical recommendations for decision-making.
- Support the development of business cases and performance insights.
- Support the delivery of transformation initiatives and business-as-usual improvements.
- Gather and document requirements, track actions, and drive execution.
- Identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities with clear business value.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain alignment and momentum.
- Support change activities, including communication and adoption.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or operational roles.
- Ability to break down complex problems and structure clear solutions.
- Comfortable working across teams in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Experience working with stakeholders to gather requirements and support delivery.
- Strong communication skills with confidence presenting to a range of stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and process mapping tools (e.g. Visio).
- Familiarity with process improvement approaches (e.g. Lean principles).
- Strong organization and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
- Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
