About the Role
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team and contribute to becoming the best vehicle rental company in the world. This role involves creating exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced environment, placing the customer at the forefront of all activities.
Responsibilities
- Manage the complete rental process, from vehicle preparation to customer interaction and returns.
- Deliver outstanding face-to-face customer service.
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting products and services positively.
- Work towards targets to enhance productivity and sales.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of proven sales experience in a fast-paced setting, with a track record of consistency within an organization.
- A full, valid UK driving license with at least 12 months of driving experience (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Possess a friendly, positive, and proactive attitude.
- Willingness to work flexibly with annualised hours and undertake diverse tasks.
