About the Role
Manage a portfolio of complex and high-value subsidence claims from notification to conclusion, requiring expertise in diagnosis, mitigation, and repairs. Work within the award-winning Subsidence Services Division, collaborating with team members and service providers.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of domestic and commercial complex and high value subsidence claims from notification to conclusion
- Diagnose, mitigate, and repair subsidence issues
- Communicate with other team members and service providers
Requirements
- A full UK Driving Licence is essential
- Must have a chartered building professional qualification (e.g., MCIOB, MRICS, MICE)
- Ideally possess an insurance qualification (e.g., CILA or CII)
- Comprehensive expertise in identifying and diagnosing structural defects and subsidence in buildings
- Understanding of prevention methods to halt ongoing damage
- Proficiency in applying effective repair techniques, particularly for subsidence-related issues and drainage systems
- Experience in insurance claims handling is essential
- Ability to make decisions

- Ability to communicate effectively with empathy
