About the Role
The Primary Production Assistant role requires a blend of administrative and production support skills. This position offers an excellent opportunity for career progression within Production, working alongside talented individuals and contributing to the future of global content production.
Responsibilities
- Manage primary TV administration, including setting up job numbers and liaising with relevant departments.
- Ensure collection and collation of standard contract administration from project setup to final fact sheets.
- Set up new suppliers and clients.
- Issue purchase orders and ensure timely invoice payments.
- Manage diaries of key project personnel and communicate project status.
- Serve as the central point of contact for projects on the ground.
- Attend PPMs and key meetings to develop skills towards becoming a Producer.
Requirements
- Experience in a WPP Production administration position is advantageous, with knowledge of systems like Maconomy, FIDO, and SOX compliance.
- Some experience in production/post-production or account management is helpful, though full training will be provided.
- Flexibility to work different hours and weekends.
- Willingness to travel.
