About the Role

This role focuses on enhancing client businesses and brands through compelling creator marketing solutions. You will ensure smooth account operations, empower your team to deliver excellence, and serve as the overall client relationship lead.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze consumer, market, and brand data to identify trends and share insights.
  • Support knowledge sharing and best practices across the agency and with senior client stakeholders.
  • Build external recognition through strategic excellence, positively impacting client campaign objectives.
  • Be recognized internally and externally as a leader in social and creator marketing.
  • Position yourself and the agency as industry experts in the creator economy.
  • Build strategic partnerships with clients through a deep understanding of their business.
  • Manage campaign planning in alignment with the account’s commercial model.
  • Directly handle RFPs and pitches, pushing best-in-class solutions.
  • Identify organic growth opportunities and lead growth plans.
  • Build a pipeline of secured work and a roadmap to close.
  • Allocate resources appropriately, balancing client needs with profitability.
  • Lead clients with expertise in the creator industry, including social platforms.
  • Build high-performing teams through coaching, challenge, and continuous development.
  • Establish clear lines of progression for team members and create growth opportunities.
  • Ensure excellence in ways of working internally and externally.
  • Build strong relationships with key internal teams, partnering with Strategy, Creative & Project Management.
  • Provide strategic direction across client portfolios, ensuring focus on client and commercial outcomes.
  • Build strong senior client relationships through business and marketing acumen.
  • Understand clients' business issues, marketing, industry, competitors, and brands.
  • Articulate client needs and propose groundbreaking solutions.
  • Build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Communicate credibly with executive clients.
  • Act as a senior stakeholder in key cross-agency or IAT meetings.
  • Resolve conflict easily and quickly.
  • Maintain a positive mindset towards the team, work, and clients.

Requirements

  • 7-12+ years of experience.
  • 2-3 years in a Senior Director Level Role.
  • Significant experience managing professional client relationships with multiple stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to ensure fundamentals of client partnerships at all touchpoints: excellent attention to detail, high client satisfaction, process implementation, financial management.
  • Experience digesting briefs and giving clear direction to strategy & creative to lead projects forward.
  • Effective team planning, management, and pastoral capabilities.
