About the Role

MOTOR Ai is dedicated to making autonomous driving a reality in Germany. We are developing the first certifiable Level-4 autonomous system in Europe, aiming to shape the future of mobility.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and create well-founded business cases and compelling pitch decks.
• Manage and execute market entry (Go-to-Market) for products and solutions.
• Develop scaling processes to maximize market presence.
• Translate complex technical products for diverse audiences.
• Build and establish new cooperations with stakeholders.
• Plan and conduct interactive workshops with clients and partners.
• Prepare contracts up to the signature-ready stage.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably with an economic focus (e.g., Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics).
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in Business Development and (B2B) Sales, preferably in the Automotive or IT sector.
• Solid understanding and enthusiasm for technical aspects in the automotive and software industries.
• Analytical, data-driven, and process-oriented approach to tasks.
• Strong closing ability and reliable project completion.
• Excellent networking skills, able to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel extensively to support partners and customers.
• Fluent German (C2 level) and English (C1 level) in speaking and writing.
