About the Role
The Membership Concierge I is the first point of contact for members and guests, ensuring a welcoming and valuable experience. This role focuses on building relationships to increase member loyalty and support their healthy lifestyle goals within a fun and healthy work environment.
Responsibilities
- Operates as first point of contact for members and guests
- Receives and facilitates incoming phone calls from members and guests
- Maintains updated knowledge to appropriately educate all members and guests of club programming, events, pricing, and policies
- Exemplifies a hospitality mindset to build relationships with members and guests, regularly creating extraordinary experiences
- Assists members with transactions and general account changes
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months service/reception experience
- Complete Concierge Certification upon hire
- Must work a minimum of 15 hours per week
- Commitment to serve others
- Effective communication skills
- Passion for living a healthy way of life
- Ability to multi-task and deliver high quality customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Must have good verbal communication
- Must be able to stand for 4 hours at a time
