About the Role

Oversee the Production team to ensure best practices and quality standards are met. Work closely with Operations and production teams to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction. Serve as a job site contact for subcontractors and customers.

Responsibilities

• Apply sound business judgment during site visits to ensure RbA standards are met by subcontractors and teammates.
• Report daily on jobs visited and compile weekly, monthly, and quarterly data with the production team.
• Perform post-install assessments, submit paperwork for completion, and prescribe necessary work and materials for deficiencies.
• Collaborate with the Director of Production to determine next steps for crews based on evaluations.
• Provide direct oversight of subcontractors to ensure productivity and adherence to standards.
• Conduct safety and quality assurance checks on site.
• Provide in-field training to installation crews during live installs.
• Meet with customers to discuss installation challenges.
• Produce training guides and videos for new hire training.
• Perform Installation Manager ride-alongs.
• Focus on team development.
• Implement and enforce morning walk-arounds on box trucks to identify service needs.
• Perform other job duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, computers, iPads, and Google documents.
• In-depth knowledge of installation processes and best practices for problem-solving with crews.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Ability to organize processes and prioritize tasks.
• Proficiency in problem-solving within a team environment.
• High energy, attention to detail, and a high sense of urgency.
• Customer service experience.
• At least 2 years of Construction Project Management experience.
