About the Role

As a Supermarket Assistant, you will provide Partner-led service and passion for food to customers, ensuring a positive brand impression and fostering customer loyalty. Any time worked between 22:00 - 06:00 will attract a Night Premium of £3.75 per hour. This role is advertised for Addlestone, New Malden and Worcester Park ONLY. Permanent and Temporary Part Time roles are available, requiring 11.5 to 14 hours per week. Applicants must be able to meet location requirements and provide their working hours availability, including minimum and maximum contract hours they will consider. This includes Supermarket Assistant, Night Replenishment, and Customer Delivery Driver positions.

Responsibilities

Stock replenishment to ensure shelves are full and products are correctly placed.
Fulfilling online customer orders for delivery.
Reducing wastage by following product due diligence and markdowns.
Supporting the wider shop team, including checkout, Click & Collect, and on-demand orders.
Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment through general shopkeeping tasks.
