About the Role

Sunpeak Capital is dedicated to making the expansion of renewable energies investable by transforming photovoltaics, battery storage, and charging infrastructure into profitable, tax-optimized investments. Our approach combines climate protection with financial intelligence, creating a win-win for both the environment and investors. We enable private and corporate investors to actively shape the energy transition profitably and sustainably through specialized consulting, innovative investment structures, and a broad network of project developers. Responsibilities

Independently take ownership of technical and strategic projects, analyzing internal processes, identifying areas for manual effort, time loss, and error reduction, and overseeing AI-driven optimization and automation from conception to rollout.
Provide technical support and optimization for our website, from minor adjustments to new features.
Develop and expand our Customer Journey Engine in HubSpot, including workflows and process optimizations.
Conduct market and competitor analyses to identify trends early and support strategic decisions.
Create compelling investor materials and develop/maintain financial models for various investments.
Offer operational support in the founders' daily business, including ad-hoc tasks and project-specific special topics.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business Administration/Economics, or a comparable field at a top-tier university.
Demonstrated experience with automation and AI tools (e.g., n8n, Zapier/Make, LLM APIs, Prompt Engineering) and a desire to make existing processes in sales, reporting, or analysis more efficient.
Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with strong communication skills, ability to work independently, and a drive to take initiative and push things forward.
Hands-on mentality and the ability to bring projects from 0 to 1 independently.
Very good German language skills, confident and refined expression, and the ability to structure complex topics clearly and concisely.
Availability for a 6-month full-time internship.
Willingness to work 5 days a week in our Berlin office.

About the Company

Sunpeak Capital was founded out of the shared vision of Konstantin and Jan. Before founding, they were the first two employees of the fintech scale-up Cloover, which finances PV systems. For Cloover, they built up the German market and scaled the partner network to over 200 installation companies. During this time, they recognized the potential that arises when capital is specifically directed into sustainable energy projects.
At the beginning of 2025, they founded Sunpeak Capital - fully bootstrapped and already profitable after two months. Their drive: to use capital market mechanisms to accelerate the expansion of renewable energies and enable investors to achieve real returns with real impact.
