About the Role

In this role as a Project Manager for Technical Building Equipment (TGA), you will ensure the central planning, control, and coordination of technical building equipment for cross-departmental construction projects. You will act as the technical client representative through the planning, tendering, execution, and warranty phases. This includes supporting renovation, replacement, and new construction projects for public swimming pools, focusing on technical systems such as water and wastewater supply, ventilation, heating, air conditioning, measurement and control technology, and technical fire protection.

Responsibilities

Define TGA-specific project goals and present planned TGA measures according to DIN 276 (especially KG 400).
Concretize and update the TGA target definition.
Prepare and conduct tender procedures for TGA planning services (HOAI LP 1-9) up to contract preparation.
Review and evaluate all TGA planning services across all HOAI service phases and coordinate planning phases.
Check and approve honorarium invoices from TGA specialist planners.
Prepare and conduct tender procedures for TGA construction services according to VOB and internal tender regulations.
Continuously monitor TGA planning and execution results, check the necessity of supplements, and monitor cost development.
Conduct all client-side acceptances of TGA systems and coordinate object support after project completion.

Requirements

Completed technical-scientific university degree (Dipl. Ing. / Master) in Technical Building Equipment, Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering with a focus on TGA, or a comparable degree or equivalent skills and experience.
Proven several years of professional experience in the planning and realization of complex technical building equipment, preferably in public swimming pools.
Knowledge of relevant technical and planning law issues.
Experience in complex construction and project management processes, ideally in a client representative role.
Knowledge of HOAI, DIN standards (e.g., DIN 1946, DIN 1988, DIN 19463, DIN 1945, etc.), VDE standards, DVGW regulations, and public tendering according to VOB, GWB, VgV.
Conceptual and structured work approach with quick and goal-oriented implementation.
