About the Role

As a (Senior) Product Manager (Mobile & Web), you will be responsible for the strategic and operational development of the InStaff apps for Android and iOS. Your goal is to create digital product experiences that optimally combine user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility. You will continuously develop and optimize our mobile apps in terms of usability, quality, functionality, and conversion, ensuring that new features are implemented holistically, scalably, and data-driven.

Responsibilities

Develop and own the product roadmap for our mobile apps, deriving innovative product ideas and features from user feedback, data analysis, and market trends.
Take end-to-end responsibility for new features, from discovery and conception through requirements definition to testing, release, and continuous optimization.
Define product goals and KPIs, make data-driven decisions, and ensure reliable implementation through transparent communication and clear requirements.
Collaborate closely with backend, mobile, frontend, API, and UX/UI teams, as well as other stakeholders, and coordinate cross-departmental implementation of new features.
Analyze the performance of our apps and features using relevant KPIs and prioritize measures that create the greatest value for our users and our company.

Requirements

Several years of professional experience as a Product Manager in the digital product environment.
Experience with mobile apps and complex digital platforms.
Strong understanding of native iOS and Android apps, web applications, APIs, and modern software development processes.
Ability to communicate with development teams at eye level.
Ability to derive product requirements from user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility, and translate them into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
Experience in making data-driven product decisions.
SQL knowledge and experience with product analytics, tracking, and A/B tests (e.g., Firebase and Crashlytics).
Strong sense for User Experience (UX) and ensuring consistent product experiences across iOS, Android, and Web.
Structured and solution-oriented work approach.
Confident stakeholder coordination.
Ability to communicate complex issues clearly and understandably.
Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
