About the Role
This is a rare opportunity to become the Senior Creative Director on one of Bray Leino's flagship retail accounts. You'll be the creative voice our client trusts, building a genuine partnership that allows you to challenge thinking, unlock opportunities and consistently raise the bar. Working closely with senior client stakeholders, you'll become their strategic creative advisor, understanding their ambitions as deeply as you understand the craft itself. Internally, you'll inspire and lead a talented team across every discipline, creating an environment where brilliant ideas flourish and great people do their best work. From national campaigns and brand communications to digital experiences, social, in-store, content and everything in between, you'll oversee creative output across the entire customer journey, ensuring every piece of work feels connected, distinctive and commercially effective. Working alongside Strategy, Client Services and Production, you'll help shape creative thinking from the very beginning, balancing ambitious ideas with exceptional delivery. If you thrive on collaboration, love building trusted client relationships and are passionate about producing work that people notice and businesses value, you'll fit right in.

- Playing a key role in the senior leadership team for the account, helping align creative ambition with commercial success and long-term client growth.
