About the Role

As a point of contact for workshop customers, you will provide telephone support for the Fiat automotive brand, conduct fault analyses based on described technical problems, and support customers with vehicle diagnostics using modern automotive diagnostic technology. You will also contribute to the expansion and maintenance of the diagnostic database and assist internal departments in capturing update-relevant topics.

Requirements

Completed training as an automotive mechatronics technician (m/f/d) or comparable technical training.
Several years of professional experience in an automotive workshop.
Experience with the Fiat automotive brand.
Good knowledge of MS Office and similar applications.
Sound technical knowledge in vehicle diagnostics and automotive repair.
Very good communication and teamwork skills.
Good German language skills, both written and spoken.
