About the Role
As a Housekeeping Team Member, you will play a key role in ensuring memorable guest experiences by maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hospitality at YHA London St Pauls.
Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare bedrooms between guest departures and arrivals
- Maintain the cleanliness of shower and toilet areas
- Keep all areas of the hostel clean and tidy
- Undertake housekeeping tasks to maintain consistent cleanliness standards
- Comply with requirements for the use and storage of cleaning products
- Report faults or damage to the hostel management team
- Sort and distribute used and unused linen
Requirements
- Experience working face-to-face with customers
- Excellent timekeeping and flexibility to cover different shifts
- Ability to manage varying pressures and prioritize tasks
- Knowledge and understanding of YHA's core purpose
- Demonstration of YHA HEART values
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including working with bunk beds

Salary/Compensations
- £12.71 per hour plus £1.20 per hour Local Living Allowance
