About the Role
Almedia is building the future of marketing by rewarding users for engaging with advertisers' products, offering a new way for major companies to acquire users. This role offers significant responsibility and the opportunity to accelerate career growth within a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
Responsibilities
- Own a book of 5–15 advertiser accounts end-to-end, acting as the primary point of contact for growth and issue resolution.
- Grow revenue by focusing on top-line growth, communicating clearly, driving self-management, and remaining open-minded to data-driven insights.
- Manage and tune internal ROAS targets per offer, geo, and OS hourly, translating cap-fill outcomes and retention targets into bid moves using various data tools.
- Proactively identify and address potential issues before advertisers do, driving budget increases, geo expansions, and format tests.
- Act as a liaison between commercial and technical teams, debugging issues, coordinating with engineering, and communicating resolutions to partners.
- Document and ship playbook improvements to the Growth team's standard operating procedures weekly.
- Take ownership of accounts, drive KPIs, contribute to process improvements, and cover for peers.
- Identify non-obvious revenue levers within your account book.
- Fix sub-optimal processes and document them to improve future operations.
Requirements
- Hunger for challenges and a desire to build and own real outcomes.
- Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and explain them clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Bilingual communication skills, comfortable engaging with advertisers and technical teams.
- Experience managing a book of advertiser or partner accounts in performance marketing, mobile gaming UA, or rewarded UA is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with MMPs like AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Singular is a plus.
- Proven track record of building and growing a book of business measurably.
- Background in top-tier consulting (MBB) or a scale-up Senior Associate role.
- Experience with Hex, working within the admin of a rewarded UA platform, or being on the advertiser side of one is a plus.
- Ability to triage, batch, and ship action items efficiently.
- Proactive initiative to identify and address issues without direct assignment.
- Willingness to start simple, iterate quickly, and make decisions with incomplete data.
- Focus on delivering impact by prioritizing high-value accounts and initiatives.
- High standards for quality and a commitment to fixing and documenting improvements.
