  • Monitor account health, contracts, product adoption, and sentiment.
  • Feed structured customer feedback to Product, Support, and Engineering.
  • Use and build automation for risk detection, account research, and documentation.
  • Conduct occasional domestic travel to customer sites for on-site visits.

Requirements

  • Take ownership of customer issues, even when the fix lies with another team.
  • Connect with people quickly and enjoy customer interaction.
  • Be flexible and willing to perform tasks outside the formal description.
  • Execute a playbook with discipline rather than reinventing it.
  • Be curious about AI and use it in your work.
  • Be organized, analytical, and self-directed.
  • Thrive in a fully remote work environment.
  • Have several years in account management or customer success at a B2B SaaS company.

  • Demonstrate disciplined execution of a defined account management playbook.
  • Be comfortable with senior stakeholders and hold commercial conversations.
  • Have practical AI experience in daily work, naming tools and their functions.
  • Possess an analytical mindset, reading product usage data and acting on trends.
  • Be hands-on with CRM and CS tooling.
  • Have experience working remotely effectively, both live and async.
  • Be based in the United States or Canada.
  • Be able to cover Pacific and Eastern hours.
