About the Role
At One Green Bean, we're looking for a Social Content Creator who lives and breathes social media, possesses a sharp creative eye, and can transform cultural moments into engaging content. You will join a collaborative team creating social-first content for a diverse range of brands.
Responsibilities
- Develop social-first creative ideas, storyboards and channel-specific content across paid and organic campaigns.
- Create, shoot, edit and publish content across social platforms, with a strong understanding of what performs natively on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Youtube and emerging channels.
- Produce low-fi, creator-led content using tools such as CapCut, Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Organise and support in-house and campaign shoots, collaborating closely with producer and account teams.
- Produce social copy that reflects brand voice and enhances storytelling across platforms.
- Present content ideas and strategies to clients, incorporating feedback to strengthen and refine creative concepts.
- Track, analyse and report on content performance across social platforms, using insights and learnings to continually improve content effectiveness and engagement.
- Translate client objectives into engaging social-first content while building confidence in recommendations and bringing stakeholders along the creative journey.
- Own content planning, publishing and community management across social platforms.
- Lead content ideation and execution, identifying trends, opportunities and cultural moments relevant to client brands.
- Partner with social and strategy teams to develop creative approaches that deliver against client goals.
- Stay across platform developments, creator trends and emerging formats, bringing fresh thinking into campaigns.
Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in a social content or creative role.
- Proven experience creating social-first content across multiple platforms.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Experience shooting content using mobile-first production techniques, with a strong understanding of lighting, audio and platform best practice.
- Ability to create engaging motion assets, text treatments and social-first creative that elevates content performance.
