About the Role

As a Funeral Conductor, you will ensure an exceptional funeral ceremony experience for families. You will collaborate with funeral arrangers in event planning and lead the event on the day, ensuring seamless execution and creating a memorable occasion for the family.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the funeral arrangement team to ensure all details are known and executed on the day.
• Set up and greet guests arriving at the service.
• Answer questions and support attendees.
• Act as a trusted guide for the family on the day of the ceremony.
• Coordinate with cemeteries, chapels, venues, and other vendors to ensure impeccable service delivery.
• Be a beacon of support for families on the day of the service.
• Work efficiently and with care to ensure all service elements come together on time.

• Communicate with families in an empathetic, respectful, and professional manner.
