About the Role
We are seeking a Product Strategy Manager to spearhead Murphy's expansion into new markets, countries, and business ventures. You will define our strategic direction, identify new opportunities, and execute plans for scalable growth, acting as a key advisor to the founders on strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Own strategic market expansion decisions, including countries, products, and channels.
- Initiate and launch new ventures (0→1), extending Murphy's services beyond collections to areas like loan servicing and financial-crime agents.
- Develop and optimize multi-market channel relationships, using proven success as a basis for expansion.
- Conduct in-depth analysis to understand complex challenges in regulation, unit economics, and channel margins, and design effective solutions.
Requirements
- Proven track record of identifying and executing successful strategic initiatives (market, product, or function).
- Ability to transform ambiguity into clear, actionable plans.
- High-quality execution under pressure and speed.
- STEM degree with top academic performance.
