About the Role
We are seeking a Product Manager to take ownership of a core product area, acting as a founder would. This is a foundational product role within an advanced AI product in a market exceeding $300 billion, offering a significant mandate and growth potential.
Responsibilities
- Own a product end to end, including strategy, roadmap, execution, launch, and iteration, being accountable for business outcomes.
- Enhance the efficiency of voice AI agents by managing customer segments, experiments on voice, cadence, script, and evaluations.
- Build with AI as a primitive, creating prototypes and integrating agents directly into the product for faster development.
- Transform services into a scalable product, automating the current manual configuration process for new bank onboarding.
- Identify and solve complex problems by understanding nuances and designing elegant solutions for root causes.
- Provide leadership and inspiration to engineers and data scientists.
Requirements
- Proven experience in taking products from 0 to 1 and scaling them post-launch, either as a founder, PM, or engineer.
- Demonstrated ability to own outcomes, turn ambiguity into clear plans, and maintain high quality under pressure.
- Possess a STEM degree and have been a top performer in your class.
- Deep curiosity about AI, daily use of AI tools, and a mindset focused on agents rather than just adding AI features.
- Ability to rigorously control AI quality and prevent sloppiness.
- Willingness to learn the collections or fintech domain, prioritizing product building skills over domain expertise.
