About the Role

As a Junior Leasing Operations Specialist at LEASETEQ, you will work at the core of our operational processes, from leasing application to payout. You will be involved in daily business and help to improve and automate our processes using data.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operational processing of leasing contracts in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact, communicating professionally and collaboratively with customers and suppliers.
• Collaborate closely with experienced colleagues from Underwriting, Risk, Compliance, IT, and Product.
• Influence processes, systems, and standards, driving the automation of our platform.
• Ensure complete documentation and high data quality for internal audits and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Completed degree (Business Administration, Business Law) or a comparable commercial apprenticeship, preferably in finance or automotive.
• First practical experience in the leasing or financing industry is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills and genuine enjoyment of direct interaction with customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Commitment to our compliance culture and enthusiasm for combining regulated work with start-up dynamics.
• Detail-oriented, structured work style with a high degree of personal responsibility.
• Fluent German and good written and spoken English skills.
