About the Role
Our Home Health program delivers in-home support services to aged care customers, enabling them to live independently, supported, and empowered within their own homes and communities.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with daily living activities such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
- Provide transportation and personal care, including accompanying customers to appointments, shopping, and social outings.
- Assist customers with personal care needs such as showering, toileting, and feeding.
- Build relationships with clients and their families.
- Conduct client observations with ongoing support and training.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines and policies.
Requirements
- Current Australian Driver’s License.
- Ownership of a reliable, comprehensively insured vehicle.
- Flexibility and availability to work rosters between Monday to Friday.
