About the Role
Adams employees are expected to provide friendly service, ensuring each experience reflects the commitment to providing quality products. The Salad Bar Associate will offer attentive service, keep the salad bar fresh, clean, and well-stocked, and ensure all products are prepared, labeled, and presented according to quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Keep the salad bar stocked with fresh, well-presented ingredients
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tools and surfaces
- Assist customers politely and answer questions about salad bar items
- Monitor inventory and notify the Kitchen Manager when supplies run low
- Follow all health, safety, and company guidelines
- Support the kitchen team and perform additional tasks as needed
Requirements
- One weekend day per workweek required
- Must be 18+ years old
Skills
- Knowledge and willingness to learn how to run the salad bar
- Ability to help customers in any way possible
- Ability to demonstrate and set the example for Adams’ culture and values
- Commitment to a safe and clean workspace
- Ability to foster a friendly and welcoming environment for all customers
- Willingness to work collaboratively and communicate with a team
