About the Role

Maintain and strengthen critical infrastructure that powers homes, businesses, and communities across NSW and the ACT. Deliver mechanical maintenance, installation, repair, and construction activities supporting a safe, reliable, and sustainable energy network.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver mechanical maintenance, installation, repair, and construction activities across transmission and substation assets.
  • Support a safe, reliable, and sustainable energy network.

Requirements

  • Qualified mechanical tradesperson with strong welding and fabrication capabilities.
  • Proactive safety mindset.
  • Experience working on industrial or infrastructure assets.
  • Proven experience in mechanical maintenance, installation, and fault finding.
  • Ability to interpret mechanical drawings.
  • Current HR Driver's Licence and relevant high-risk licences and tickets.
  • Commitment to safety, teamwork, and delivering high-quality outcomes in the field.
  • Willingness to travel and work away from home as required.
  • Complete standard pre-employment assessments including reference checks, a medical check, national police check, and a driving licence and traffic offence check.
