About the Role
Mace is seeking a Development Manager to support the appraisal and delivery of development projects across the UK and Ireland, with opportunities for international contributions. This role is ideal for a professional with client-side property development experience looking to expand their expertise.
Responsibilities
- Support Senior Development Managers and Directors with the appraisal and progression of live and prospective development opportunities.
- Support the population and testing of financial models.
- Assist with due diligence and funding activities.
- Arrange and manage professional team appointments, key trackers, and registers.
- Assist in the management of budget and cost elements.
- Track commercial performance.
- Coordinate and assist with various development delivery activities.
- Collaborate with clients and project teams.
Requirements
- Skilled in communication, influencing, organisation, and time management.
- Experience in client-side development and or project management.
- Experience working with financial models including Excel and Estates Master.
- Experience with MS Project or suitable alternatives.
- Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams.
- Experience overseeing development budgets, programmes and trackers.
- A strong understanding of the real estate market.
- Experience in public sector partnerships and residential-led regeneration is preferred but not requisite.
- Additional European languages would be an asset.
