About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Project Employee (m/f/d) for Service & Modernization in the product areas of elevator technology, conveying machinery, and service products for our Berlin location.

Responsibilities

• Clarify technical requirements for necessary repair measures and spare parts, potentially directly with the customer.
• Create offers using standardized forms and modules and predefined calculation tools.
• Obtain quotes from suppliers for purchase prices.
• Process and data maintenance in our ERP system (SAP S/4HANA).
• Order processing from procurement to shipping, in consultation with service technicians and using the ERP system.
• Prepare invoicing for billable items.
• Handle warranty claims.
• Maintain statistics and evaluations.

Requirements

• Completed technical training in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering, preferably with further training as a master craftsman or technician, or a comparable qualification.
• Professional experience in the conveying technology or elevator industry is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office and ideally initial experience with an ERP system (e.g., SAP S/4HANA).
• Independent, responsible, and reliable work style.
• Good communication skills with all stakeholders.
